Exchanges and Refunds:
We do not refund for change of mind.
We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase (this is extended in December only for Christmas gift exchanges in January)
There is no exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons and no exchange on custom orders.
All our up-cycled lamp bases have been tested and tagged and come with a 3 month warranty. We are not able to repair damaged lamps in store.
